All estimates, contracts, physical inspections, and repair services are performed independently by local contractor entities.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide precise roofing data, storm damage guidelines, and geographic information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the complete accuracy or operational availability of independent third-party roofers.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HailGuard Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from contractor services, job estimates, or communications between users and contractors.
